Communicating with your doctor
Medical conditions are best dealt with in a consultation. Doctors will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice. Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, or a return phone. Your medical record is a confidential file and is only available to authorised members of staff. Any enquiries please feel free to contact the Practice Manger on 9831 7911 or Health Insurance Commission on 13 20 11.

Appointments
Booking a long appointment. Counseling for emotional difficulties, or a second opinion, will require a longer appointment as well as insurance, medicals, or reviewing of a complex health problem. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.

BILLING ARRANGMENTS
- We bulk-bill.
- Overseas visitors, patients without Medicare cards are asked to pay cash or cheque.
- Accounts are given in special circumstances.
