 
HEARTMOVES is a low to moderate exercise program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while.
HEARTMOVES program is run by accredited fitness leaders specifically trained in managing low to moderate exercise.
HEARTMOVES is designed to be safe for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions.
Heartmoves is a program developed by the National Heart Foundation, NSW Health Department and the Hunter Area Health Services. HEARTMOVES program is delivered by a team of health and legal professionals from the National Heart Foundation of Australia and the Health Department. HEARTMOVES is suitable for people who are, concerned about exercising or have any of the following:
- High blood pressure,
- Overweight
- Diabetes
- A heart condition
- Have had heart surgery,
- High cholesterol, or
- Want to continue exercising after rehabilitation.

Alma holds open day introductory-information sessions for the public and any interested health professionals on the last Thursday of every month between 9.30 – 10.30 am. Free Complementary Visit Passes are provided to all first time visiting participants of the HEARTMOVES program.
HEARTMOVES program participants have the option to purchase 5 pack pass for $30 (i.e. $6 per session) or pay $10 for a casual visit.

I am currently offering a HEARTMOVES program at the Summit Health & Fitness Centre - GYM in Blacktown. The program is designed to deliver:
Very low to moderate intensity exercise program (easy, gentle and safe), which is for everyone, and
Is safe for people with heart diseases or may have risk factors for heart diseases and diabetes.
