Why indoor rock climbing?

Because it’s a fun, quick way to get fit. Apart from a great aerobic workout, climbing develops strength, flexibility and confidence!Climbing is ideal for anyone and age is no boundary. Where indoor climbing is concerned, you need no experience, as our competent staff will provide initial instruction to equip you with all you need to know.

So come on ! Give it a go! The only risk is you’ll enjoy yourself and maybe even feel a little younger!

Our Centre

We currently have 44 ropes in operation, with 2 to 5 climbs per rope. The climbs are graded from beginner to advanced, using a colour grading system that’s easy to follow.

We also have an open bouldering area, especially designed for those who want to train but don’t have a partner to belay, or just for some added fun!

We have 4 lead climbing routes that range from easy flat walls, to an extreme overhang. Plenty of practice for the greater outdoors.
