Body Attack
Here’s an internal workout for you, with simple athletic moves and a strength workout that’s designed to bring out the athlete in you! Body Attack’s simple, energizing and challenging all at the same time. So here’s a great Fat Burner that also accommodates for beginners with low impact options given

Tai-Yo-Pi
Try this new infusion of tai chi, pilates and yoga! Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that beings the body to a state of harmony and balance. You’re guaranteed a feel good session!
Body Pump
Works all the major muscle groups of the body, using adjustable weight-loaded barbells to awesome music. The lean-muscle mass, which results from Body Pump, raises your metabolic rates for rapid burning, while ensuring awesome muscle tone.

Funk/Hip Hop
with Lisa Cannon, an ex Moulin Rouge dancer. This new class is designed for all ages who love to dance. It’s about all-over body conditioning to improve co-ordination, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular workout. Learn the latest funky beats and moves with our new choreographer and have some fun!!

 

Pilates
Try Pilates! This method of exercise has captured the attention of athletes and celebrities around the world. This series of exercise provides a non-impact workout opportunity to enhance your quality of life! Pilates targets and improves control, strength, co-ordination, mobility, stamina and body awareness and focuses on core strength, the building of flexibility, alignment, and balance. A great way to stretch out frustration, stress and achieve calm. Recommended for all fitness levels.
