Body Attack
Here’s an internal workout for you, with simple athletic moves and a strength workout that’s designed to bring out the athlete in you! Body Attack’s simple, energizing and challenging all at the same time. So here’s a great Fat Burner that also accommodates for beginners with low impact options given.
Tai-Yo-Pi
Try this new infusion of tai chi, pilates and yoga! Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that beings the body to a state of harmony and balance. You’re guaranteed a feel good session!
Body Pump
Works all the major muscle groups of the body, using adjustable weight-loaded barbells to awesome music. The lean-muscle mass, which results from Body Pump, raises your metabolic rates for rapid burning, while ensuring awesome muscle tone.
Funk/Hip Hop
With Lisa Cannon, an ex Moulin Rouge dancer. This new class is designed for all ages who love to dance. It’s about all-over body conditioning to improve co-ordination, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular workout. Learn the latest funky beats and moves with our new choreographer and have some fun!!
Pilates
Try Pilates! This method of exercise has captured the attention of athletes and celebrities around the world. This series of exercise provides a non-impact workout opportunity to enhance your quality of life! Pilates targets and improves control, strength, co-ordination, mobility, stamina and body awareness and focuses on core strength, the building of flexibility, alignment, and balance. A great way to stretch out
Step
The Summit Step class involves creative stepping patterns specifically designed to promote coordination and provide fitness conditioning - a guaranteed sweat! Change the level of the platform to suit your needs. This class is suitable for the regular exerciser. Come and work to your own level and burn those excess calories, while strengthening your whole body in a safe and fun way!
Tummy,Hips&Thighs
Now here’s a class for the ladies interested in shifting out of that winter laziness and getting fit for summer. THT is a great way to shape up! This class will help you tone your abdominals,
butt and thighs with low impact options given. It begins with a simple and effective aerobic warm up, which then eases into the conditioning phase of this enjoyable class. Use of barbells and/or hand held weights to assist in the conditioning phase. Suitable for all to try.
Circuit Class
Here’s variation galore! Our Circuit class aims to utilize a variety of floor exercises and weight machines to increase your stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Let the instructor take you on a different exercise journey each week! Participants can vary the intensity to suit their fitness level and needs. Suitable for all.
Heartmove Class
Heartmoves is a program developed by the National Heart Foundation and is specifically designed to cater for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions. So if you want gentle exercises with simple and easy to follow moves, this class is where you need to be!
